Frederick Nnoma-Addison is the founder and Senior Pastor of Rhema International Bible Church in Silver Spring, Maryland. He previously served as a Minister at Immanuel's Church (Silver Spring, Maryland) for a decade (January 2010 - August 2020). He is an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a Pastor/expository Bible Teacher by calling, and served as a Maryland Governor-appointed Commissioner from 2013 to 2023.

Nnoma-Addison is also an accomplished journalist, author of notable international relations books, a media communications consultant, public servant, and the President and CEO of AMIP News. Since 2004, he has covered US-Africa-focused news and events in Washington, D.C., including some at the White House, Capitol Hill, the Department of State, and the National Press Club.

He is a Doctor of Theology candidate, holds a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Leadership and Management from Logos University, Altamonte Springs, Florida, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (Television Production) from Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts as well as an Associate’s Degree in Journalism from the Ghana Institute of Journalism in Accra. Nnoma-Addison holds additional certificates in biblical and theological studies from Harvard University (USA), Zondervan Academics (USA), Youth with A Mission (YWAM Ghana & Canada), and Immanuel’s Church (USA).  He is married to Beryl, an Electrical Engineer, who serves as Executive Pastor at Rhema.
