ABOUT US

Rhema International Bible Church (RIBC) is a Scripture-centered church that operates within the boundaries of God's written and spoken Word. 

​

The Church is established in order that we may preserve our God-given heritage, the faith delivered to all Christian believers through the inspired Word of God and by the enabling of the Holy Spirit, and also that we may cooperate effectually with other branches and ministries of the Church of Jesus Christ in advancing God’s Kingdom worldwide.

The Seven Foundational Principles Enshrined in Our Constitution:

​

  1. Biblical Foundation Principle                                                                                                                                             – All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work   (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

  2. Spirit-led Principle                                                                                                                                                                – For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God  (Romans 8:14).

  3. Kingdom Advancement Principle                                                                                                                                       – But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33).

  4. Wisdom & Good Judgement Principle                                                                                                                               – Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding  (Proverbs 4:7 KJV).

  5. Due Process Principle                                                                                                                                                           – For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter, though a person may be weighed down by misery (Ecclesiastes 8:6). Refer to church by-laws.

  6. Fairness and Justices Principle                                                                                                                                           – The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him  (Proverbs 11:1).

  7. Truth and Integrity Principle                                                                                                                                               – Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment  (Proverbs 12:19).

OUR VISION

The vision of Rhema International Bible Church is to make known to its congregants, visitors, and all peoples at home and abroad, the transforming grace of God through the forgiveness of sins in Jesus Christ.

WHAT WE DO

Our mission is to make Christlike disciples in the nations, through the Word of God, to incorporate believers into into fellowship and membership (congregations), to equip (teach) for ministry all who respond in faith, and to send out, publish, and broadcast the gospel. The ultimate goal of this community of faith is to present everyone fully mature in Christ   (Colossians 1:28) at the last day.

OUR COMMUNITY

It is through the local church that the saving, perfecting, teaching, and commissioning takes place. This local church (and future branches) exists to represent our mission.
